Tournament Registration
For tournament registration we ask that each member please complete the form below. If you are interested in registering more than one golfer, please include their names and a team name in the last text field. Each registration includes entry into the tournament, golf cart rental for two, continental breakfast, goodie bag, driving range usage, beer and food served throughout the course and finally, a sit-down luncheon prepared by Fazio’s Grill at Hunter’s Green following the event. Registration is $150 per person or $600 per foursome. Awards for both Open and LEO Flights will be presented during lunch as well as opportunities to bid on silent auction items through a mobile bidding platform, QTEGO.
*** Please note that because of the team nature of this event, if you do not include a team name (made up name, player’s last name, something identifiable for the foursome) during registration of a single or a double, you will be assigned to a team to complete the foursome.
Super Ticket
The price of the Super Ticket is $20 and includes:
Two Mulligans – To be used during regular play.
Putting Contest – One golfer drawn at random.
Longest Drive – Prize to be determined.
3 Door Prize tickets – Various Gift Cards and other prizes.
